Our Gingerbread in Clotted Cream ice cream is another collaboration we hold with our neighbours down at Marshfield Bakery. Our clotted cream base is made with lashings of think clotted cream, and we carefully blend Marshfield Bakery gingerbread pieces into the mix to create our sweet, fully-packed ice cream.
The spicy but sweet gingerbread flavour is the perfect complement to the clotted cream range. In fact, many of you agree; we’re very proud to say in 2016 our Gingerbread in Clotted Cream picked up a Taste of the West Award. What made it extra special is how it completed the award-winning clotted cream range and now they each have their own titles!
Please note, this flavour is only currently available to the Scooping trade (parlours, pubs and restaurants) in our 4L and 5L tubs. It is not available in the take-home 1L sized tubs. If you live near the farm then why not visit us on a summer weekend to try it in our ice cream parlour (open Easter through to the end of September).
