This flavour perfectly blends our lovely dairy ice cream with jumbo raisins that have been drenched in rum.
Of all our ice cream flavours, this one takes the longest to make. This is because our production manager Tony insists that every single raisin (the plumpest we can lay our hands on) is left to soak in the rum overnight.We really love Rum and Raisins - and Jonathan Ross has been spotted enjoying a mini tub too!
