Ice Cream

Here at Marshfield Farm we have been making premium dairy ice cream since 1988. We now produce over 10,000 litres per day of the delicious cold stuff. We are lucky to be able to use our own milk from our herd of 200 Fresian cows, which are milked twice a day here on our Cotswold Organic dairy farm. 60% of any Marshfield Farm Ice cream is our super fresh milk and the rest is local double cream or clotted cream.

We try to source as many other ingredients locally. For instance, the blackcurrants are from the Vale of Evesham and our fudge pieces are from Devon. Even the chocolate fudge brownie pieces we use are made especially for us by our neighbours, the award winning Marshfield Bakery.
