Caramel Fudge in Clotted Ice Cream

Real dairy ice cream made with thick clotted cream, made even more delicious by a heavy toffee ripple and caramel fudge pieces.

Following the success of our Blackcurrants in Clotted Cream ice cream at the Great Taste Awards 2008, we decided to add another flavour to the clotted cream range. We asked the kids to vote, and they said it had to be fudge – then the judges at the 2009 Great Taste Awards agreed, giving this flavour two Gold Stars.
