Why Eat Marshfield

  1. We’re not just a brand. Our ice cream really is made on a working family farm on the Cotswolds, just outside Bath.
  2. We have been around for over 20 years making delicious premium dairy ice cream.
  3. Our farm is fully organic. We’re Soil Association approved.
  4. We have our own herd of 200 Friesian cows. The milk we use is super fresh – not skimmed milk powder like some other ice creams.
  5. We make 25 delicious flavours of premium dairy ice cream and six sorbets.
  6. Every ingredient in our ice cream is natural – including real fruits and proper chocolate.
  7. We source most of our ingredients locally: for instance, double cream from a local dairy, blackcurrants from the Vale of Evesham and brownies from a local Marshfield bakery.
  8. We never use artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.
  9. All our products are suitable for vegetarians. All are GM free. Most are gluten free.
  10. Our ice cream has won coveted Great Taste Gold Awards in 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011.
