- We’re not just a brand. Our ice cream really is made on a working family farm on the Cotswolds, just outside Bath.
- We have been around for over 20 years making delicious premium dairy ice cream.
- Our farm is fully organic. We’re Soil Association approved.
- We have our own herd of 200 Friesian cows. The milk we use is super fresh – not skimmed milk powder like some other ice creams.
- We make 25 delicious flavours of premium dairy ice cream and six sorbets.
- Every ingredient in our ice cream is natural – including real fruits and proper chocolate.
- We source most of our ingredients locally: for instance, double cream from a local dairy, blackcurrants from the Vale of Evesham and brownies from a local Marshfield bakery.
- We never use artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.
- All our products are suitable for vegetarians. All are GM free. Most are gluten free.
