Frozen Afternoon Tea

Scones and jam with a difference!

Ingredients

 

Clotted Cream ice cream (1-2 scoops per person)

Raspberry jam

Scones (1-2 per person)

Fresh raspberries

 

Recommended Flavours

Method

 

Soften the ice cream for a few minutes. Then mix in some raspberry jam (approx one teaspoon per scoop).

Crumble fresh scones then fold in to the ice cream & jam mix.

Using an ice cream scoop, place a ball of the mix into a vintage tea cup.

Garnish with fresh raspberries.
