Dessert Menu Concepts Sells more Ice cream – FACT

Over the years we have been producing ice cream we have also been supplying our customers with table talkers/menus to display the range of flavours they offer but recently our customers have wanted more!

Our customers wanted to know other ways they could use our ice cream in desserts, so we have come up with this natty ice cream dessert concept to help you maximise your ice cream sales.

Using the flavours of ice cream you currently scoop you can choose up to 8 desserts – we have  put together a  list of serving suggestions from traditional ice cream desserts like Knickerbocker Glory to the more unusual – Affogato – expresso shot over ice cream.

Obviously you can also put your own ice cream dessert suggestions on the menu but we specifically chose ingredients that would be store cupboard staples for cafes/parlours/restaurants. 

The waterproof “no tear” menus are bespoke to you, with your name printed on the front. Cafes/Parlours/Restaurants who used then last year have noted on average an increase of 30% on their ice cream sales and one customer had a 300% increase.
