Wind turbine application: Where are we now?

After a big effort, and despite a lot of local support, our application was finally refused by South Glos Council. It was a big disappointment to us as we really wanted to become carbon positive in our energy requirements.

New Flavour for 2011 – Tutti Frutti

At Marshfield we aim to introduce new ice cream every year, and 2011’s fresh flavour is Tutti Frutti. The flavour was selected from a short-list of 10 by a number of our top customers, beating White Chocolate & Raspberries and Rhubarb & Custard into second and third place respectively.

New Dessert Concept boosts ice cream sales

Marshfield’s Dessert Concept initiative has proven itself to be a great success with average sales of ice cream rising by 30% among our participating customers; one of our customers even saw a staggering 300% increase in sales.
