Marshfield Ice Cream

Rhubarb and Custard, a summer sensation

Introducing: Marshfield Farm Rhubarb and Custard ice cream, available exclusively to our summer parlour.

This summer, our Marshfield Farm ice cream parlour has a special addition. After months of planning we’re proud to introduce our Rhubarb and Custard dairy ice cream, a sweet childhood classic brought to life.

Tart chunks of rhubarb are folded through a thick, creamy vanilla custard base. If that wasn’t enough, we’ve swirled a luscious rhubarb ripple throughout the ice cream for extra mouth-watering sweetness.

We must admit this ice cream has become a quick favourite on the farm, blended with milk the creamy base creates the perfect milkshake! This flavour is currently only available in our Marshfield Farm parlour throughout summer. Find our parlour opening times here and share with us on social media how you’ll eat yours.
