Are we going crazy or has this summer completely flown by?! Our summer parlour is now closed for the season – thank you to everyone who made this summer such a success! We’ve loved welcoming so many of you to our farm parlour and we’re already looking forward to reopening Easter 2019.
We were incredibly lucky this year to welcome the duo behind The Bubble Wafflery to our farm. Founded by Hong Kong native Jenny and Frome native Neil, The Bubble Wafflery is a mobile wafflery that brings delicious Hong Kong street food bubble waffles to the West Country. With the idea of “when East meets West Country” in mind, Jenny and Neil combine traditional Hong Kong street food with our award-winning Marshfield Farm ice cream and sprinkle each hand-made waffle with lots of magical toppings. The visit was a huge success and we look forward to hosting the team again in the new year.
