If you're a new customer, firstly we wanted to say thank you for your order! Or if you're simply wanting to know a bit more information about how our Deliver Moo Online Shop (updated link!) has been running over the last few weeks, here's all our updates #StraightFromTheFarm
As you may know, ‘Deliver Moo’ was created to support families that are self-isolating or unable to find our ice cream in their local shops. We continue to actively encourage our customers to support their local farm shop, corner store and you can find our stockists on our interactive stockist map.
We fully admit we are newbies with this style of online offering and we wholeheartedly appreciate your patience and understanding along the way. These are incredibly uncertain times and we feel extremely grateful to rely on the support of our local customers. We are aware ice cream is a luxury item, that you choose to make space in your freezer for a tub (or more!) of our Marshfield Farm Real Dairy Ice Cream means a great deal to us all.
Bring our ice cream tubs #FromFieldtoFrontDoor!
Based on the response we have received so far online and in conversation with many new customers, here are a few things we are developing.
- After initial feedback, we introduced our 125ml 'mini tubs' into our shop to bring more flavours into your home. As the weeks go on and we continue to make ice cream on the farm, we will be bringing some of our more-popular flavours into 1 litre tubs that we currently do not stock. Please do bear with us as we arrange ingredients, labels and packaging for these new flavours - any updates will be announced on our Facebook as soon as we have stock to sell!
- We are constantly looking at items we can add to our Online Shop. We're ordering smaller, retail boxes of ice cream cones and we're even looking into the concept of monthly subscription boxes delivered once a month straight to you door. If you have any ideas or products you would like to see available, we would love to hear them!
- Do you have any friends or family not in our current postcode area that would like a delivery? Every week we assess our capacity and look closely at the local map to see if we can extend our delivery area. If you have any friends or family that would like to receive an ice cream delivery but are not currently in our postcode region, please send us message through social media or email us with this information.
- We have invested in a new tracking service for our ice cream deliveries! This new piece of technology is proving to be an incredible asset, allowing you to track your delivery driver on your delivery day. Please do bear with us as we explore all the possibilities this online software can perform, we're working our way to becoming as efficient as we can but sure they may be some more bumps along the way!
Did you know, with every order you place with our Online Shop you are helping us send ice cream to a key worker? We have taken the decision to donate a percentage of the profits from our home delivery service into a ‘Frozen Fund for Key Workers’ and to our nominated charities. Read more on this News Post.
