To celebrate our new family member, we’ve created a festive sundae packed full of delicious cherry flavour and chewy brownie pieces that we’re sure will be a hit with the whole family this Christmas.
Marshfield Farm Top Tip
Every successful sundae requires one vital ingredient … imagination! Rummage through your baking cupboards and let the kids’ creativity run wild as they decorate their dessert.
- 1 scoop Black Forest Ice Cream
- 1 scoop Rich Clotted Cream Ice Cream
- A handful of broken up brownie pieces
- A tablespoon of cherry compote
- Melted chocolate (a tablespoon or enough to drizzle!)
- A small handful of fresh cherries
- Half a crushed chocolate flake to decorate
- Grab your favourite sundae dish and drool melted chocolate around the inside of the glass. Dunk your cherries into any left over chocolate and allow the chocolate to set before putting to one side
- Begin your sundae with a layer of brownie pieces and cherry compote
- Add a scoop of Black Forest Ice Cream and a second scoop of Rich Clotted Cream to your glass, add with more brownie chunks and cherry compote between each scoop. Repeat until your glass is full!
- Top your sundae with whipped cream
- Decorate your finished sundae with chocolate dipped cherries and crushed chocolate. Dig in!
