Marshfield Rocky Road

You might have tried traditional Rocky Road before – but here’s our recipe for a great tasting ice cream based version!



1x 1 litre tub of Marshfield’s Chocoholic Heaven ice cream

Approx 1 cup glace cherries or fresh cherries, chopped

Approx 1 cup digestive biscuits, crumbled

Approx 1 cup mini marshmallows

White chocolate, chopped into chunks

Dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids), chopped into chunks


Quantities are pretty flexible – we’ll leave it up to you!



Recommended Flavours



Put the ice cream into a large bowl and let it soften for a few minutes.

Then mix in all the other ingredients and pour the mixture into a lined tin.

Freeze overnight or until hard.

When ready to serve remove from the freezer, let it soften a touch before slicing into squares and serving.
