A very simple cocktail made with our deliciously fruity raspberry or blackcurrant sorbet – just right for the festive season.
Ingredients
In each champagne flute you will need:
A generous splash of red liqueur (Chase Blackcurrant vodka or Kir)
A scoop of Marshfield Farm Raspberry or Blackcurrant sorbet

Method
Add ingredients to the champagne flute and top up glass with bubbles – Champagne, Prosecco or Cava (elderflower presse for the kids and drivers!)
