Our NEW online shop will allow you to place and pay for your order online.
Please make sure to fill out all your details and double check you’ve inputted the correct postcode in the delivery address. We have included a ‘Delivery Instructions’ field to complete if you wish to pass any instructions across to our Drivers. You can also choose ‘Gift Option’ and include a different Shipping Address to the Payment Address is you are sending your order to friends and family.
Minimum order is £18, please check your postcode is within our delivery route before submitting your order.
Once you have made card payment online, you will receive an email with your Order Confirmation. Delivery may take up to 7 days as we group orders together to reduce food miles. Please see our Postcode Routes for an idea of when we hope to be in your area.
We will send you a second email with a shipping update when we have established a delivery date for your order. Please make sure someone is in to accept your order.
We are sorry that we cannot guarantee a timed delivery slot. However, our delivery driver will be out on the road between 7.30am – 6pm. We are following strict government protocol to ensure the safety of our drivers and those we deliver to. On delivery, our driver will knock, place the order on the doorstep and step two meters away from the door as you review and accept your order.
We have established the following Estimated** Delivery Days for each postcode area. We are using a 2PM cut-off time for orders so our team can organise deliveries within office hours.
Our Drivers are out of the roads between 7.30AM – 6PM on weekdays to deliver your orders. We are sorry that we are unable to offer timed delivery slots or guarantee morning/afternoon delivery.

Our aim is to keep our food miles as low as possible, and this means delivering to as many people in one area as we can. We aim to get your order out to you within a week of it being placed, but please be patient as we organise your delivery and be aware it may take us slightly longer as we respond to demand.
We are selling our 1 litre and 4 litre across the range that we currently make these in.
We have now introduced our most popular mini tubs into the online shop so you can have the option to choose a variety of flavours in smaller portions. These flavours are: Vanilla Clotted Cream, Blackcurrants in Clotted Cream, Strawberries in Clotted Cream, Mint Choc Chip, Chocoholic Heaven, Salted Caramel and Bubblegum.
Not forgetting our four legged friends, we have our Scoop’s Ice Cream for Dogs tubs available too!
All three of our Award-Winning Push-Up Pops are now available.
To encompass our full Sorbet range, we’ve introduced our 2 litre tubs to our online offering. This allows us to sell all six of our fruity flavours!
We’ve set a minimum order of £18 on all deliveries from the farm, there is no delivery charge but please make sure we deliver to your postcode before placing an order.

To start our orders, we are not able to offer any extra items other than those stated on the Online Shop.

We’ve selected all delivery postcodes to be within a radius surrounding the farm and our existing Trade customers. We are sorry if we currently do not deliver to your postcode, please keep checking back for the most up to date information.
All payment will now be taken online with our Online Shop. Due to the current climate, we cannot take cash payment for an order and our drivers will not be able to accept cash for extra tubs of ice cream on our delivery routes.
If you would like to order ice cream for a friend or family member, you can now do so easily!
Please note, we cannot deliver to two addresses in one order.
We will send you an email with estimated delivery date. It is your responsibility as the buyer to ensure the recipient is at home and able to accept our delivery. If we cannot complete delivery, we will return the order to the farm and issue a refund.
If there is no answer when our driver attempts delivery, we will ring your contact numbers provided at checkout.
If we cannot get through to you, we will return your ice cream to the farm and issue a refund to the account you paid with. This could take up to 28 days to process. You will be notified of your refund on email. Unfortunately, we cannot attempt automatic redelivery.
Our Deliver Moo Home Delivery Service has been created to support our local customers during the Corona Virus pandemic. We know lots of families are in self-isolation and our Deliver Moo Service allows you to safely fill your freezers full of ice cream without leaving the house.
We feel incredibly lucky to be able to bring our tubs to your front doors and we hope it brings a smile to your face when you open your freezer to a shelf full of ice cream.
We are unsure how long we will continue this service and if we will be able to provide home delivery when normal routines resume.
As daily situations change, we must respond to government advice and do so in the safest way for all. Because of this, Marshfield Farm Ice Cream reserves the right to stop all deliveries without notice (any outstanding payments that we are unable to deliver will be refunded)
If Deliver Moo is stopped, we will of course make our customers aware of this online. This information will be published on the website and social media.
