Ice Cream Cheesecake

This Easter, why settle for chocolate eggs when you can make your own EGGstra special ice cream cheesecake with all the chocolate trimmings?

Our classic Vanilla Clotted Cream makes the perfect base for these treats, chocked full of our favourite toppings.

Step 1

Grab your Vanilla Clotted Cream ice cream from the freezer and allow to soften slightly.

Step 2

With a mixer or spatular, combine your cream cheese, sieved icing sugar and ice cream in a large mixing bowl, ensuring there are no lumps.

Step 3

Delicately half your Easter eggs, taking care not to split them. Pour your mixture into each half, taking care not to spill it. Put them into a freezer for around 2 hours, or until set.

Last Step

Remove your cheesecake eggs from the freezer, which should have set. Decorate, serve and enjoy!
