Terms & Conditions to Offers and Competitions

Our Summer SurPRIZES Free Prize Draw
 
To celebrate summer, we are running a prize draw offering the chance to win one of many prizes which have been kindly donated by our customers.
  • The prize draw will open at 9:00am 1st July 2024 and close at 11:59pm on 31st July 2024.
  • People can enter the prize draw through the Marshfield Farm website, using the form supplied at https://www.marshfield-icecream.co.uk/pages/summer-surprizes. All details must be supplied and submitted by the closing date in order to be applicable for entry.
  • Participants must be over 18 and must reside in the UK. Marshfield Farm is responsible for sharing prize vouchers/tickets but is not responsible for any additional elements that may be required to enjoy the prize such as travel or accommodation.
  • Participants must only enter once. In the situation where participants have entered multiple times only one will be counted.
  • There is no purchase necessary to enter the prize draw.
  • There are a minimum of 23 prizes available and a minimum of 23 winners will be selected at random. The prizes include:
    • Prize 1: Enjoy a year's supply of ice cream from Marshfield Farm Ice Cream. One year's supply would qualify as one order of 4 x 1 litre ice cream per month or 1 x case of dog ice cream 125ml.
    • Prize 2: Take a trip to Bocketts Farm. Bocketts Farm has offered a family ticket for four people. Marshfield Farm to share printed voucher with winner by post. Voucher T&Cs apply, as printed on voucher. Valid until 31st March 2025.
    • Prize 3: Explore Bristol Zoo Project The Prize. Bristol Zoological Society has offered five tickets. Physical tickets will be sent to the winner via post by Marshfield Farm.
    • Prize 4: A trip to Call of the Wild. Call of the Wild has offered 4 x day passes. Prize redeemed by emailing Tracey at Call of the Wild, Marshfield Farm to put winner in contact with Tracey.
    • Prize 5: A family trip to Chobham Adventure Park. Chobham Adventure Park has offered a family ticket for Chobham Adventure Park which can be adapted to the size of the winner's family. Prize redeemed by Marshfield Farm putting the winner in touch with Oli or Letichia at Chobham Adventure Park.
    • Prize 6: Reach new heights at Clip N Climb. Clip N Climb has offered a family trip for 4 people to one of their franchise sites across the UK. Redemption to be confirmed with Marshfield Farm and Clip N Climb.
    • Prize 7: Take a trip to Cotswold Farm Park. Cotswold Farm Park has offered a family ticket covering 2 adults and 2 children with 2 animal snacks. The voucher expires December 2025. The prize voucher will be posted by Marshfield Farm.
    • Prize 8: Get lost at The Crocky Trail. The Crocky Trail has offered a family ticket covering 2 adults and 2 children (aged 5-18) and valid until 20th June 2025. The prize will be sent via email to the winner from Marshfield Farm.
    • Prize 9: Go for a ride with Dean Forest Cycles. Dean Forest Cycles has offered bike hire for 4 people. Voucher to be sent by Marshfield Farm to winner by post.
    • Prize 10: English Heritage has offered a family ticket for 2 adults and up to 3 children at one of eleven sites nationally. This prize is available for up to 11 winners and Marshfield Farm will offer site specific prizes based on the winners' location. A maximum of 2 family tickets can be redeemed per site. The sites included in the offer all sell Marshfield Farm Ice Cream. These sites include: 1066 Battle of Hastings, Abbey and Battlefield, Eltham Place, Bolsover Castle, Kenilworth Castle, Goodrich Castle, Wrest Park, Audley End, Dover Castle, Brodsworth Hall (no dogs), Beeston Castle, Stonehenge and Witley Court. Redemption to be confirmed with Marshfield Farm and English Heritage.
      The ticket will be valid for one time use at the chosen site only. Valid during normal site operational hours and does not include daytime events with an uplift. Not valid in association with any other offer, no cash alternative value, copies are not accepted. Ticket must be used by 31st December 2024.
    • Prize 11: Watch a Show at The Everyman. The Everyman Theatre in Cheltenham has offered 3 x 2 tickets to see various shows across September. One winner will recieve all tickets. The tickets offered are to see 'Table Manners' on 6th September 2024, 'Dial M for Mayhem' on 13th September 2024 or 'Stones In His Pocket' on 20th September 2024. The prize is not exchangeable for any other show or seat. The prize contains digital tickets which will be sent to the winner via email from Marshfield Farm.
    • Prize 12: Spend the day playing at Farrington's. Farrington's Farm Shop and Play Barn has offered 2 Play Barn annual passes, giving a family (2 children and accompanying adults) free unlimited access for a year. Redemption to be confirmed with Marshfield Farm and Farrington's.
    • Prize 13: Watch a West End show with LW Theatres. LW Theatres has offered 4 tickets to a Lloyd Webber show with hospitality. Redemption to be confirmed with Marshfield Farm and LW Theatres once the winner has been chosen.
    • Prize 14: Spend the day at Manorafon Farm Park. Manorafon Farm Park has offered a family ticket for five people. Redemption to be confirmed with Manorafon Farm Park and Marshfield Farm once the winner has been chosen.
    • Prize 15: Pop to Paignton Zoo. Prize and redemption to be confirmed with Paignton Zoo and Marshfield Farm.
    • Prize 16: Visit RHS Garden Wisley. RHS Garden Wisley has offered a family ticket to visit (two adult and two child tickets). Redemption to be confirmed with Marshfield Farm and RHS Garden Wisley once the winner has been chosen.
    • Prize 17: Visit Slimbridge Wetlands Centre. Slimbridge Wetlands Centre has offered a family day pass. Prize voucher to be sent via post from Marshfield Farm.
    • Prize 18: Sail away with SS Great Britain. SS Great Britain has offered a family ticket providing unlimited visits for a whole year for four people to visit Brunel's SS Great Britain. Redemption of a digital e ticket to be confirmed with Marshfield Farm and SS Great Britain once the winner has been chosen.
    • Prize 19: Enjoy TrueStart Coffee Hamper. TrueStart Coffee has offered a delicious, healthy coffee bundle to people to energise their days out. Redemption of the bundles to be confirmed with Marshfield Farm and TrueStart Coffee once the winner has been chosen.
    • Prize 20: Meet the Wookey Hole Witch. Wookey Hole has offered a family day pass for Wookey Hole (2 adults and 2 children). The prize tickets will be shared with the winner by post by Marshfield Farm or Wookey Hole once chosen.
    • Prize 21: Visit Marwell Zoo. Marwell Zoo has offered a family pass to visit. The prize will be shared with the winner by post from Marshfield Farm.
    • Prize 22: Tuck into a Tracklements Ultimate Condiments Bundle. Tracklements has offered a bundle of goodies including Fresh Chilli Jam, Proper Tomato Ketchup, Caramelised Onion Marmalade, Sweet Mustard Ketchup, Rich & Creamy Mayonnaise, Tracklements Tea Towel. The prize can be redeemed from Tracklements after winners details has been shared by Marshfield Farm.
    • Prize 23: Have a trip to Lower Drayton Farm Park. Lower Drayton Farm Park has offered a family ticket for four people to visit the park once, which will be valid for 12 months for PLAY@ entry only – does not include PYO Pumpkins or Jingle Ville festive experience. The digital ticket will be emailed to the winner by Marshfield Farm.
  • Additional prizes may be added as the prize draw begins, and all T&Cs and website communications will be amended.
  • Individual prizes may have their own T&Cs such as valid use by dates. This is stated on the relevant prize and will be communicated to the winners. The prizes will not be extended or exchanged if the winner does not redeem the prize within these T&Cs.
  • The winners will be chosen at random using their unique entry identifyer number and the tool https://miniwebtool.com/random-picker/
  • We will request broad locations for competition entrants and will attempt to pair prizes with selected winners in similar locations.
  • Winners will be selected and contacted by email from marketing@marshfield-icecream.co.uk between the prize draw close date and no later than 11:59pm on 5th August 2024. The winners will be notified via the email address submitted into the Typeform survey: https://28k6u676ry4.typeform.com/to/CtIeWmhE
  • Prizes will be sent digitally immediately after contacting the winner, or if physical by post at the nearest opportunity.
  • Prizes are not transferable and cannot be sold on to another user. There is no cash alternative to the prize.
  • Winners data will not be shared with any third parties and will only be used for reasons relating to the competition. We will notify all participants if they have won or not. As part of the entry, we will ask if participants would like to sign up to the Marshfield Farm newsletter, which can be opted out of at any time.
  • The winners details will not be shared publicly without permission.

    Our Newsletter Subscriber Monthly Draw is exclusive to our Home Delivery National and Local newsletter and subscribers. Trade newsletter subscribers are not included in this prize draw. Each month, we will select a newsletter subscriber who has opted in to the competition using this form and they will win a voucher worth £28, which is redeemable against 4 x 1 litre tubs of Marshfield Farm Ice Cream, Marshfield Farm Sorbet Marshfield Farm Push Up Pops, or Scoop's Ice Cream for Dogs from our online shop.     4. Multiple entries from the same person are permitted.
    5. Closing date for entry will be 19 June 2023 at 23:59. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
    6. Bristol Zoological Society and Marshfield Farm reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
    7. Bristol Zoological Society and Marshfield Farm are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
    8. The prize is 2 x Adult and 2 x Child Day Tickets to Wild Place Project, and a month's supply of Marshfield Farm Ice Cream (4 x 1 litre tubs). No cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
    9. Four winning ice cream names will be chosen by the team at Marshfield Farm Ice Cream and Bristol Zoological Society. All names which qualify and are suitable to be sold at Wild Place Project will be considered.
    10. In the circumstances that the same name submission is entered by multiple participants, one winner will be selected at random and will win the prize.

    12. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winners and pick replacement winners.

    14. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    15. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
    16. The winners agree to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
