Can I re-schedule my National Home Delivery?

For Local Home Delivery customers, we have allocated delivery days depending on your postcode. If you need to reschedule, please email email@example.com and we will try to help, however this may mean waiting until the following week when your postcode delivery day comes around again.
If you choose to reschedule your National Home Delivery, you will not be entitled to a refund or to have your parcel re-sent to you. As our national parcels are sent in dry ice, this will not keep frozen for more than 24 hours from leaving distribution.
