What if I’m not in when the package is delivered?

We have two Home Delivery services depending on your postcode and how far away you are from the farm.
Local Home Delivery - local to the farm
National Home Delivery - further afield
Our Local Home Delivery is delivered by our Marshfield Farm drivers on your allocated day, which you select when ordering. They are able to leave it in a safe place, however please note your delivery is not insulated and so will not survive for long outside of a freezer.
Our National Home Delivery is delivered with DPD in a box containing dry ice. This means you don’t need to be in accept your delivery, if you are not in they will leave the ice cream in a safe place. The drivers are instructed delivery has to be made on first attempt.
You can track the progress of your parcels using the tracking link provided on the day of delivery where you will be given a time slot for delivery. As soon as you are home, check your order and pop your flavours in the freezer.
Please note, once the delivery have left the farm we do not have any control over them. If the ice cream arrives to the given shipping address within the 'next day delivery' window, we are not responsible for DPD's delivery. If ice cream has not arrived within the 'next day delivery' window please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
