Top Tips for Opening Up Your Parlour

It’s officially the first day of Spring, and with Easter Weekend around the corner, it’s time to make sure your parlour is ready and raring for Ice Cream Season.

“The most important thing to check is that your freezer is in great shape. Make sure it’s switched on sooner rather than later so you can check it’s all running smoothly, no one wants to hit the Summer rush and find out they need a fix!”

“Plan your first delivery in plenty of time – nobody wants to be caught out with an empty freezer when customers are ready for their ice cream. And don’t forget your sundries, although we’re all about the ice cream cones, tubs, cups and napkins are super important too”

Consider how your council recycles your waste. The website Recycle Now allows you to input your postcode for a full breakdown on your council’s waste policy, and why not supply recycling bins for your customers? Fancy trying to reduce waste all together? Check out our edible Eco-Tub!
