Eligibility
This competition is open to UK-based workplaces only. Entrants must be 18 years or older and have permission to enter on behalf of their workplace.
How to Enter
To enter, complete and submit the competition form on our website. Only one entry per office location is permitted.
Competition Period
Entries open on 06/08/2025 and close on 21/08/2025. Winners will be selected and contacted after the closing date.
Selection of Winners
Winners will be chosen based on location, team size, and availability. Selection is at the sole discretion of Marshfield Farm Ice Cream. Only selected winners will be contacted.
The Prize
Winning offices will receive a free ice cream delivery, with flavours and quantities determined by Marshfield Farm Ice Cream. No cash or alternative prize is available.
Delivery Details
Deliveries will be arranged directly with each selected office. The delivery date and time will be confirmed in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.
Dietary Requirements & Allergens
While we offer a range of flavours, including dairy-free and vegan options, it is the responsibility of the recipient to check ingredient information before consumption.
Publicity
By entering, you give consent for your company name and photos (if shared) to be used for marketing or promotional purposes. We will not share personal contact details publicly.

Marshfield Farm Ice Cream reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
