Our favourite festive ice cream recipes

Our wonderful content creator and resident recipe elf, Frances, is a pro at whipping up festive magic with our ice cream. From indulgent winter sundaes to Christmas-themed cocktails, here’s a little selection of some of our seasonal favourites!

Christmas Pudding Sundae

Relax by an open fire with warming chunks of Christmas pudding layered in our Rich Clotted Cream ice cream. It’s the perfect, easy festive treat and a great way to use up your leftover Christmas cakes and desserts.

Ingredients
2 scoops Rich Clotted Cream ice cream
A handful of crumbled Christmas pudding pieces
Add an extra drizzle of brandy for adults only treat


Method
Scoop your ice cream into a cocktail or sundae glass
Layer your sundae with your warmed Christmas pudding
Add any surplus toppings, sauces or whipped cream

Grab a spoon and enjoy!

Black Forest Sundae

Ingredients
1 scoop Chocoholic Heaven Ice Cream
1 scoop Rich Clotted Cream Ice Cream
A handful of broken up brownie pieces
A tablespoon of cherry compote
Melted chocolate (a tablespoon or enough to drizzle!)
A small handful of fresh cherries
Half a crushed chocolate flake to decorate

Method
Drizzle melted chocolate inside a sundae glass.
Dip cherries in chocolate and set aside.
Layer brownie pieces and cherry compote in the glass.
Add a scoop of Chocoholic Heaven ice cream, then Rich Clotted Cream ice cream, layering with brownie and compote.
Top with whipped cream.
Decorate with chocolate-dipped cherries and crushed chocolate.


Serve and enjoy!

Marmalade sandwich sundae

A certain Bear's favourite dessert!

Ingredients
2 scoops of Marmalade Ice Cream
2 scoops of Vanilla Clotted Cream Ice Cream
Orange Marmalade
Digestive biscuits and Orange Peel for decoration

Method
Crush digestive biscuits and layer them at the bottom of a sundae glass or bowl.
Add a scoop of Marmalade ice cream, then a scoop of Vanilla Clotted Cream ice cream.
Drizzle with orange marmalade and sprinkle more biscuit crumbs.
Repeat layerswith additional scoops of ice cream as desired.
Decorate with extra marmalade, biscuit crumbs, and candied orange peel.
