Raspberry Sorbet Frozen Aperol Spritz

Indulge in the perfect summer treat with this delicious cocktail. Combining the tangy sweetness of Marshfield Farm Raspberry Sorbet with the refreshing zest of Aperol Spritz, a match made in summer heaven.

Step 1

Start by adding your scoops of Raspberry Sorbet and Aperol to a blender. Blend until smooth, this should only take a couple of seconds.

Step 2

Next, add the Prosecco, Club Soda, orange juice and ice. Blend again until smooth.

Step 3

Pour the drink between four Champagne glasses like we used, or two wine glasses like a traditional Aperol Spritz. Garnish with a slice of orange.
