Acres is the next chapter. Built on the very same farm, the very same values, but created specifically for the people who know that a great dessert deserves great ice cream. No compromise. No shortcuts. Just very, very good ice cream, made for professional kitchens.

Developed by our in-house ice cream expert (or official known as our NPD Manager, but we think she's earned the former), every detail of the Acres range has been thought through with professional kitchens front of mind.

Made with natural Madagascan vanilla and spent pods. Smoky, aromatic, and intensely flavourful.
chocolate
52% cocoa dark chocolate callets melted directly into the mix for bold, full-bodied flavour. Deep, intense, and luxuriously smooth.
strawberry
Made with real, ripe strawberries blended with cream for a bright, fresh flavour and a silky-smooth texture.
caramel & sea salt
Rich, buttery caramel balanced with Cornish sea salt. Sweet meets savoury in a smooth, indulgent ice cream.
