I tried this ice cream on a whim while visiting Chipping Sodbury with my elderly mother and I can’t stop thinking about its deliciousness! It’s tying with my all-time favourite pistachio ice cream eaten at Lake Bled in Slovenia, a treat made by local artisans. Glad it’s so much easier for me to buy this blackcurrant ice cream than my other fave!
