Made with real strawberry fruit, natural strawberry flavouring and a sweet strawberry ripple, then given some extra sparkle with Marc de Champagne. We made this one for the Royal Household in 2022, and we’ve not stopped mentioning it since. Great British Food Awards Silver, 2023. Suitable for a vegan diet. ABV 0.3%.
