A chocolate lover's dream

This was one of the three original Marshfield flavours, created over thirty years ago. Since then we've been continually tweaking and improving the recipe and we think it's now pretty near perfect! The judges seem to agree, having scooped up a Silver Medal in the 2019 Taste of the West Awards!

Did you know that every base mix starts the same way in our factory? Well, with one exception ... our chocolate flavours are a little bit different to rest of the batches and that's because we melt pure chocolate into the base of every mix. This creates the most delicious, velvety textured scoop imaginable and gosh is it worth it.

Chocoholic Heaven Ice Cream

Disappointingly bland

As a lover of all things chocolate, I had expected something called 'chocoholics heaven' to at least taste very chocolatey. It didn't. Instead it tasted bland I purchased a tub during a local theatre trip. I would have given it 1 star but I was so disappointed that I double checked the ingredients on the tub and the word chocolate was mentioned a few times, so presumably its the recipe that is at fault. Having just googled the product to leave this review, the tub I purchased certainly looked nothing like what it does on the company's web site. Instead it looked the uniform colour of those rather pale light chocolate mousse you sometimes see in supermarkets but at least those do indeed usually taste chocolatey, unlike like this misnamed product.

A chocolate delight.

If you like your chocolate then you can’t go wrong with this Icecream. Perfect balance of chocolate. Goes wonderful with the coffee flavour too.
