Why Your Office Deserves an Ice Cream Delivery!

There's a lot of talk about staff wellbeing at the moment. Standing desks, wellness apps, fruit bowls on a Tuesday. All good things. But sometimes the most effective morale boost is also the simplest one, and it comes in a tub (or sometimes on a stick!).
We've been making ice cream on our family farm near Bath since 1988. Real dairy, plant-based and sorbets, made properly, from milk that comes from our own herd. And for a while now, we've been delivering it directly to offices across the country.
The small things matter more than you think
It doesn't take a lot to make someone feel valued at work. A genuine thank you. Leaving early on a Friday. Or the surprise arrival of ice cream on a Wednesday afternoon for no particular reason at all.
Research consistently shows that small, unexpected acts of generosity have an outsized effect on how people feel about where they work. They're not the only answer, but they're a very good start. And unlike a new HR software package, ice cream tends to go down well immediately.
Something for everyone
One of the things we hear most from the offices we supply is that it's genuinely tricky to find a treat that lands well for the whole team. Ice cream is one of the few things that does. We offer real dairy flavours, plant-based options and fruit sorbets, so whether you've got vegans, dairy-free colleagues, or just people with strong opinions about chocolate, there's something for everyone.
We do the hard part
Getting ice cream to an office sounds like a logistical headache. It really isn't, that's our job, not yours. You tell us what you need, when you need it, and how many people you're feeding, and we'll take it from there. Whether it's a one-off treat to mark a milestone or a regular delivery to keep spirits up, we'll make it easy. No faff. No enormous minimum orders. No one needs to give up their lunch break to sort it.
A word from the farm
We're not a big corporation. We're a family who've spent the best part of four decades figuring out how to make really good ice cream. We care about the way it's made, the milk that goes into it, and the people who eat it.
If a few tubs of Marshfield Farm ice cream make someone's Wednesday a bit better, that's a good day's work for us.
