Location: Field-Based: North Wales, Liverpool, Manchester, beyond
Reports to: Dawn Hawking (Co-Founder & Sales Director)
Type: Full-time, permanent
Level: Flexible depending on experience (Manager)
We're growing. Fast. And we need the right person to own the North.
This is a new role, created because our Northern region has real momentum and we want someone to take the wheel and run with it. If you've got the experience to lead a sales team and the personality to build genuine relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
Who we are
We're Marshfield Farm. We've been making proper ice cream on an actual farm in the Cotswolds for over 35 years. No shortcuts. No nonsense. Just really good ice cream made the right way.
We're also a certified B Corp, which means we care just as much about how we do things as what we make. And we're growing fast, which is where you come in.
The role
- Owning the Northern region; customers, distributors, the lot
- Supporting and coaching the Sales Managers across your patch
- Building proper joint business plans and seeing them through
- Developing distributor relationships that actually grow
- Working hand-in-hand on regional growth
- Keeping HubSpot honest and your team on track
- Proudly representing Marshfield Farm at trade events
- Championing our B Corp values, every day, on the road
You might be our person if...
- You've got solid B2B sales management experience, ideally in food, drink or FMCG
- Distributor relationships are your natural habitat
- You coach a team by being useful, not by hovering
- You think commercially but you behave like a human being
- You're genuinely organised (not just 'I'm a bit of a perfectionist' organised)
- You care about sustainability for real, not just as a line on your CV
- HubSpot doesn't scare you
- You've never tried ice cream for breakfast, but you're open to it
