Sparkling sorbet sgroppino

Spread a little Christmas 'Cheers' this festive season with our sparkling sorbet sgroppino.

We've taken the classic Italian cocktail and sprinkled it with a little Marshfield magic. Prosec-ho ho ho, a dash of gin-gle and snowy sorbet, what's not to love!

Marshfield Farm Top Tip

To add a little extra glitz to your cocktail, dip the rim of your flute into lemon juice & then dip into sugar. Pour in a shot of gin/vodka for a decadent treat to get the party started!

Step 1

To create the garnish, slot alternating blueberries & raspberries onto a wooden or metal skewer. Dust with icing sugar.

Step 2

Add 2 scoops of Blackcurrant Sorbet to your favourite champagne flute.

Final Step

Top with prosecco or sparkling elderflower, stir & garnish with the fruit skewer. Salute!
